RaineaseTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Rainease app. By using the app you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which these terms supplement.
Rainease Premium subscriptions
- Rainease Premium is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial: when a free trial is offered (for example, 3 days on the yearly plan for eligible new subscribers), you are not charged during the trial. The subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) at any time after purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Using the app
The sounds and features are for personal, non-commercial relaxation, sleep and focus. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the app's audio content.
Health disclaimer
Rainease is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have trouble sleeping, hearing concerns or other health issues, please consult a qualified professional. Keep playback at a comfortable, safe volume, especially when using headphones for long periods. Smart alarm notifications depend on iOS settings; do not rely on the app as your only alarm for important events.
Content
Sound recordings are original or licensed recordings, including public-domain (CC0) field recordings. All other content and the app itself remain the property of the developer.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
